Partner with other EPA leaders to deliver actionable insights from profitability, pricing, and performance data to stakeholders across the enterprise. _Position will sit in-office 4 days a week. Preferred locations are Charlotte, NC or Winston Salem, NC. May consider other Truist locations._ **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Support leaders across the Enterprise Performance Acceleration team and other CFS teams in leveraging data to inform business strategy. Provide research, analysis, ad hoc reporting, and actionable insights to team leadership in support of business and financial objectives. Grow and develop the ability to write effective business requirements supported by data strategy as well as analytical research. 2. Facilitate strategy for relationship profitability, balancing the needs of the lines of business, finance, clients, and the constant changes of the market. Influence pricing and performance behaviors and support monitoring of outcomes. 3. Perform research and troubleshooting of issues between various bank applications and systems impacting the profitability platforms; provide impact assessments to convey research results; help drive change management prioritization. 4. Ensure all production reporting SLAs are met and manage expectations with key business stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement in communication, technical solutions, or automation where appropriate. 5. Identify opportunities for optimization to achieve better business outcomes and work collaboratively within a diverse team of outspoken people. 6. Own projects with minimal oversight from senior EPA leaders; take initiative; leverage project management skills and tools to lead ad hoc teams in delivering results. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Three or more years of experience in business analyst, pricing, analytics, product ownership, or coverage-supporting roles within Consumer and/or Wholesale Banking. 2. Bachelor’s degree in business management, statistics, business or marketing analytics, finance, data science, or related fields; or equivalent education and training. 3. Comprehension of banking products and coverage models, including Wholesale and Consumer Banking, Payments, Lending, and requisite client experiences thereof. 4. Strong project management, PowerPoint, and related skills. 5. Sound presentation skills and ability to translate metrics into understandable business insights. 6. Advanced Excel and macros skills. 7. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships, display organizational savvy, leverage networks, and value diversity; drive cross-functional team spread across the enterprise. 8. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Three or more years in a Corporate Administration, Business Segments, Analytics & Reporting, or performance management role 2. Development of executive level presentations, reports, and written summaries 3. Experience in managing data sets and data models. 4. Basic/junior level experience with BI and data tools (Qlik, PowerBI, SQL, Python, or similar) 5. Familiarity with basic project management 6. Experience with relationship-building across a broad set of partners 6.
