We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) - Planning and Operations Director within the Industry & Partner Sales (IPS) Strategy & Operations team! Reporting to the Senior Director of IPS Strategy and Operations, you will lead EPS fiscal year commercial planning in partnership with the EPS leadership team, key business partners and cross Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) planning teams. You will also lead and manage the overall EPS leadership rhythm of business (RoB), facilitating collaboration and high impact business outcomes across our core and field leadership teams. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on strategic projects/initiatives that accelerate growth and operational excellence for our EPS business (as prioritized).
