Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to join our Information Technology team. The Enterprise MDM Lead will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing master data management across the entire organization. This role will require close collaboration with various departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability, driving data governance initiatives and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the organization's enterprise-wide MDM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives * Design, implement, and maintain MDM policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise data management * Lead cross-functional teams to define, manage, and govern master data across various domains * Establish and enforce data governance standards and frameworks to ensure high data quality and integrity * Manage enterprise MDM projects, including data integration, migration, and cleansing activities across multiple systems * Develop and maintain enterprise data models, data definitions, and metadata management processes * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality, compliance, and governance * Provide training and support to data stewards, business units, and other stakeholders on MDM best practices and tools * Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise data management and governance
