Position Summary
As the Enterprise Marketing Performance Enablement lead, you will support Guardian’s Enterprise Marketing team – our fully integrated, in-house agency – by aligning insights to strategy to drive measurable impact. You will lead efforts that drive clarity on priorities by increasing visibility into marketing performance, leading strategic initiatives, and guiding building our MarTech roadmap - all to enable smarter marketing through data, innovation and emerging AI capabilities. You will collaborate regularly with senior leaders and cross functional leaders, requiring sound strategic thinking, executive presence and ability to influence across all levels.
Responsibilities (You Will)
-Use data to drive clarity and align team priorities, ensuring focus on what matters most and delivers the greatest impact.
-Develop and design executive-level presentations that translate marketing strategy and performance into clear and compelling narratives.
-Support executive-level reporting and strategic deliverables, including quarterly scorecards and marketing updates for leadership.
-Drive accountability by leading in-house agency tracking and updates of key performance milestones, proactively removing barriers to execution, and reinforcing team progress against strategic goals.
-Unify and synthesize external with internal performance insights, to align with organizational goals and activate on high impact opportunities.
-Manage monthly and annual budget planning and reviews, partnering with finance and budget owners; supporting the team on vendor, contract and procurement management process.
-Introduce modern marketing approaches that unlock opportunities, keep team ahead of industry trends and drive smarter outcomes; stay ahead of AI solutions and other innovations for scalable levers.
-Identify emerging AI technologies that enhance and optimize marketing efficiency.
-Oversee the governance of tools and platforms used by the in-house agency, including vendor contracts, and performance tracking.
-Identify opportunities to streamline tech and data infrastructure to reduce cost and improve performance insight delivery.
Qualifications (You Have)
Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred).8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, strategic initiatives, and/or MarTech in roles with complex, cross functions environments.Designing high impact executive presentation.Experience integrating external market insights to guide strategic planning and performance optimization.Experience within insurance, healthcare or finance industry preferred.Proven ability to translate marketing vision into actionable strategies with experience driving cross function initiatives tied to performance, budget and technology.Strong collaborative partner able to successfully work in a matrix organization.Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously.Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused on consistently exceeding expectations.Salary Range:
$101,180.00 - $166,220.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
