As the Enterprise Fraud Analyst, you will specialize in marketplace seller vetting utilizing Best Buy’s full ecosystem of data sources, to support the success of the Marketplace program by ensuring the integrity and quality of new sellers. This position will work cross-functionally with appropriate business teams utilizing data analytics, exception reporting, query design, and case management tools. The analyst will provide regular monitoring, identify, communicate, and respond to potential risks associated with new marketplace sellers. This role will support relationships with other areas across the Enterprise and respond to requests for data from key stakeholders as well as collaborate with other business teams to identify and mitigate risks to Best Buy.  

What will you do?Continuous monitoring of internal and external data sources with the purpose of identifying potential risks associated with new marketplace sellers.Collaboration across the enterprise to identify resources, reporting, and risk mitigation tools to reduce risk associated with new sellers.Data collection, consolidation, and analysis for vetting new marketplace sellers and communication of this information to members of the Marketplace team.Initiate investigations based on red flags identified during data analysis.Track and link case data utilizing available tools and databases.Identify support needs and execute solutions related to systems, processes, and tools.Serve as a subject matter resource in areas of marketplace seller vetting.Basic RequirementsSix months or more of data analytics, fraud or investigations experience.Ability to understand trends and spot anomalies within data.Demonstrated ability to work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).What’s in it for you
