SWBC is currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our internal team at our SC3 location.

Essential duties include the following:
Develops and maintains enterprise data architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.Designs and implements AI-driven solutions to enhance analytics and decision-making.Leverage Snowflake for high-performance data warehousing and analytics.Builds and manages a centralized data hub to ensure data consistency and accessibility.Defines and enforces policies to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.Collaborates with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Leads end-to-end delivery of data solutions, ensuring timely and effective implementation.Drives initiatives to modernize and transform data infrastructure.Promotes a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of seven (7) years in data architecture with a focus on AI, Snowflake, Unified Data Hub, and Data Governance.Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) preferred.Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification preferred.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.AI/Machine Learning certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate) preferred.TOGAF Certification preferred.Deep knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.Proficiency in AI technologies and their application in data ecosystems.Expertise in Snowflake and its ecosystem.Experience designing and implementing Unified Data Hubs.Strong understanding of data governance frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to lead technology delivery and manage complex projects.Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.SWBC offers*:
