Summary: Campaign Manager, CLM/ITSM

Overview

Atlassian is looking for a Campaign Manager/Sr. Associate to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase full funnel demand for our Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)  products and solutions. Working closely with demand generation and product marketing managers, your role will be to plan and execute the B2B campaigns to engage with Jira Service Management  prospects for upsell, x-sell, and expansion opportunities. The main function of a Campaign Manager is to ensure marketing campaigns are executed correctly and error free. A typical campaign manager is responsible for creating marketing and advertising plans and monitoring these programs across various owned and 3rd channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Support (coordinate campaign execution, communication, operations) the work of internal cross functional partners and external marketing agencies.

Create campaign plans and work x-functionally working with Marketing Operations, Design, Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, Sales and Demand Gen strategists for timely execution.

Evaluating impact on campaign performance by channels and assets relating to funnel engagement and business outcomes.

Coordinate operational processes (ticketing, quarterly campaign calendars, light project management) across multiple teams.

Skills:

Effective oral and written communication. Expert knowledge of marketing principles.

Problem-solving skills, self starting attitude, and the ability to excel in a dynamic large enterprise setting with evolving variables and limited governance

Strategic and organizational planning skills.

Previous experience with marketing tech stack, such as Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce.

Understanding of basic enterprise funnel metrics MQL, SQL, pipeline, etc

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent experience/training required. 5+ years related experience required (preferably with some experience working at a mid to large Enterprise company).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B.

Experience implementing marketing programs and processes.

Understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys.

A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.

Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a big plus.

Program management and communication skills with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.

The desire to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work to get the job done.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $107,100 - $139,825

Zone B: $97,200 - $126,900

Zone C: $89,100 - $116,325

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
