4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn OhioThe Enterprise Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, data, and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in day-to-day operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring cross-portfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Bank's technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it.
Essential Job Functions

Consult with business, information, and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given architecture can support these goals.Provides consultation on application and infrastructure development projects to ensure systems align with architectural standards, and identifies when design modifications are needed to accommodate the solutions architecture and best practicesLeads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise architecture strategy, business capabilities, and enterprise standardsActs as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings to deliver wholistic solutions to the businessAssist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategyUnderstanding of banking and banking trendsUnderstand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating modelsDeep technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data, software and analytics architecturesProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teamsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationStrong analytical and conceptual skillsStrategic planning, leadership, and relationship managementUnderstanding of organizational structure and cultureAbility to manage ambiguityAbility to provide conflict resolutionStrong risk managementRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experienceMaster’s degree in technology or business desirable7+ years of experience in Enterprise ArchitectureAt least 3 years in a leadership role desirableExperience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domainsExperience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices.Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented.Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team.Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilitiesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $175,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
