Our Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in India is a unified platform designed to deliver high-value services and solutions to ERM’s global clientele. By centralizing key business and consulting functions, we streamline operations, optimize service delivery, and enable our teams to focus on what matters most—advising clients on sustainability challenges with agility and innovation. Through the GDC, you will collaborate with international teams, leverage emerging technologies, and further enhance ERM’s commitment to excellence—amplifying our shared mission to make a lasting, positive impact.Job Objective & Key ResponsibilitiesERM is building on a growing Enterprise Architecture (EA) function that sits within the Group IT organization and we are now looking to bring in a global Head of EA who will report into the CIO. The post holder will lead a team of Technical, Solution, Platform and Data Architects to guide the successful delivery of the technology platform supporting both internal and client-facing solutions.As the Head of EA you will provide leadership and strategic-level oversight as the chief architect for ERM. This includes overseeing the future state of information technology that supports global and/or regional priorities. As such, the Head of EA is responsible for shaping and leading a team of high performing architects and empowering the business strategy through developing a well thought out solutions and application roadmaps to support these aims.PROFESSIONAL knowledge, skills and experienceThis critical role requires a business-focused Head of Enterprise Architecture who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on demands. Relevant experience in web development .NET Core, ASP.NET, Nodejs, MEAN Stack and AngularJS/ React.Build resilient and reusable Microservices & API using latest technologies and patternsExperience in automated CI/CD, Containers and Cloud technologies and in working within an IT operations function.
