We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Enterprise Architect (IT Requirements), Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Leads IT requirements management and analysis in support of the USAREUR-AF IT Roadmap, G6 Lines of Effort, and modernization plans, including major technology assignments
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge regarding DoD and Army Information Technology (IT) acquisition processes, including AR 25-1 and AEP70-13-45, architectures for IT systems, intelligence systems, networks, the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), digital engineering, and digital transformations to a data-centric environment
Provides IT Requirements Management support across all tasks and projects to support the USAREUR-AF IT Roadmap and ensures appropriate investments are made and efficiencies achieved across MPs
Coordinates with Government leads to understand the theater-wide IT Portfolio and manages the overall cost of IT
Performs Army Command- and Army Service Component Command-level reviews within the established IT investment analysis processes to facilitate approvals through the USAREUR-AF Requirements Validation System (URVS), Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS), Information Technology Technical Validation (IT-TV), and Information Technology Approval System (ITAS)
Assists with quality assurance reviews of acquisition strategy identification and execution, a streamlined acquisition process, pre-staging quality documentation and artifacts, and URVS packets
Performs periodic compliance reviews and provides information to Resource Advisors (RAs) on IT validation processes and procedures
Responds to requests for information throughout planning, staging, and requirements validation processes and provides investment metrics for Portfolio Owner briefings
Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability and implementation into USAREUR-AF and MP systems and networks to improve efficiency, effectiveness, security posture, and resiliency
Attends and participates in meetings to discuss new technologies, technology insertion projects, and modernization roadmaps
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated TS/SCI Clearance and have the ability to maintain
BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience
Certification – 8140 - GCLD or GSEC or CSSLP
Possesses strong background in DoD IT acquisition processes, architectures, and frameworks, preferably on requirements management and analysis for large-scale military IT systems.
Capable of implementing modernization plans, ensuring alignment of investments and efficiencies across Mission Partners.
Exhibits strategic expertise required to manage theater-wide IT portfolios and navigate complex approval systems such as URVS, APMS, IT-TV, and ITAS.
Possesses advanced skills in quality assurance, compliance evaluation, and emerging technology assessment to support the efficiency, effectiveness, security, and resiliency, preferably of military IT systems.
Demonstrates leadership skills to coordinate with Government leads, participate in high-level technology discussions, and potentially supervise teams across multiple project assignments.
Able to draw on technical expertise and extensive experience to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success in a data-centric environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
