Enterprise Architect

You will work across a wide landscape of over 300 applications, helping to drive adoption of modern technologies such as generative AI and data mesh. This is an opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions that improve agility, resilience, and efficiency, while working closely with stakeholders from both technology and business teams.

To be successful as an Enterprise Architect, you should have experience with:

Good architectural governance aligned with business and technology strategies

Developing target state architectures and transformation roadmaps

Modern application design including containers, micro-services, event-driven architecture, and cloud

Communicating and collaborating effectively with business and technology stakeholders

Some other highly valued skills may include:

Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks such as Basel IV

Integrating security, data privacy, and compliance into architectural frameworks

Exposure to AI and ML technologies within enterprise environments

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey.

Minimum Salary: $170,000

Maximum Salary: $230,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To drive technical excellence and innovation by leading the design and implementation of robust software solutions, providing mentorship to engineering teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. 

Accountabilities

Provision of guidance and expertise to engineering teams to ensure alignment with best practices and foster a culture of technical excellence.Contribution to strategic planning by aligning technical decisions with business goals, anticipating future technology trends, and providing insights to optimize product roadmaps.Design and implementation of complex, scalable, and maintainable software solutions, considering long-term viability and business objectives.Mentoring and coaching to junior and mid-level engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing, elevating the overall skillset and capabilities of the organization.Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.Innovation within the organization by identifying and incorporating new technologies, methodologies, and industry practices into the engineering process.
