About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for a key transformation initiative within the healthcare sector. You will work on the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies, supporting digital transformation, integration of care systems, and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps across clinical and operational domains Align architecture with strategic business goals in a regulated healthcare environment Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, security, and compliance teams Support system integration, data governance, and cloud architecture decisions Ensure architectural alignment with GDPR, eHealth standards, and sector-specific regulations

Profile

Proven experience as Enterprise or Solution Architect (preferably in healthcare, biotech, or public health) Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.) Familiar with integration landscapes, data flows, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, eHealth) Experience in hybrid/cloud environments (Azure preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to operate in both technical and strategic settings
