For the Global Technology Strategy and Architecture team, this position provides leadership as a change agent to enable the business strategy with new and enhanced capabilities.  They will define and drive toward a future state that increases portfolio agility while avoiding and mitigating risk.  They establish relationships with key partners and leadership based on personal integrity and trustworthiness.  Focus areas will include cloud, enterprise integration, API management, application rationalization and a common application architecture.

Roadmaps:  strategic planning to accelerate progress toward target stateOpportunity definitions:  signature-ready recommendations to bridge from strategy to executionTechnology standards:  enable optimal technology add, remove and reuse decisionsInnovation:  documenting the relevant top emerging trends and technologies with their associated impacts and recommendations; managing idea pipelineGovernance:  guiding principles, reviewing and aligningStakeholder engagement:  build/maintain relationships, advising, consulting, staying connected/awareRecommending high-level solutions in response to business imperativesDevelopment and implementation of enterprise architecture practice improvements

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree8 years of experience in a technology role

Environment/Physical Demands:
 

10-15% Travel

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

Prior experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution ArchitectMultiple years of strategic planning experienceStrong vendor management, portfolio management, project management and enterprise change management skillsExposure to multiple technology environments within large, diversified companiesExperience defining and executing application rationalization, enterprise integration, API management and cloud strategies
