Our consulting services elevate the unique abilities and business aspirations of customers and employees and build relationships based on trust and value. **Purpose:** To lead the development and implementation of enterprise technology architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals across multiple domains, while driving innovation, scalability, and security in IT environments to support the organization's long-term success. **Key Responsibilities:** **Enterprise Architecture Leadership:** + Develop and maintain enterprise technology architecture across multiple domains such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Construction IT environments. + Lead the design and implementation of digital environments ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure. + Guide the design and implementation of technology solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business processes. + Ensure that the architecture supports the integration of key technology platforms, including but not limited to Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Cisco, while remaining adaptable to future technological advancements. **Business and Technology Alignment:** + Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business needs from an architecture point of view. + Lead the integration of diverse technology platforms to ensure they work together harmoniously to support business operations. + Provide strategic oversight on IT initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall enterprise architecture and contribute to business objectives. **Technology Strategy and Innovation:** + Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that could enhance the organization’s technology architecture. + Develop technology roadmaps that prioritize investments in platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Cisco, while remaining open to adopting new and emerging technologies as needed. + Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in construction and how AI can support in-house optimization. + Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches to solve business challenges. **Governance and Standards:** + Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all digital initiatives. + Ensure that all technology architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and adhered to across the organization. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of the enterprise architecture to ensure it meets business needs and adapts to changes in the technology landscape. **Leadership and Team Development:** + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise architects and technology specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. + Build and maintain a high-performing team capable of driving the organization’s architecture initiatives forward. + Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that architecture goals are integrated into broader IT strategies and objectives. **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:** + Act as a key advisor to the Group CIO and other senior executives on enterprise architecture and technology strategy. + Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on architecture initiatives. + Represent the enterprise architecture function in cross-functional teams, ensuring that architecture considerations are integrated into all major IT projects. **Skills and Abilities:** + Ability to think long-term and translate business goals into effective technology architectural design. + Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative working environment. + In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and modern IT infrastructure. + Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new technologies to drive business value. + Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. + Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT architecture roles, with a focus on enterprise architecture, technology integration, and strategic alignment. + 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in enterprise architecture. Experience in the UAE, understanding local regulations, and business culture is advantageous. + Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and G42), and cybersecurity. + Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural teams, with experience in managing large-scale projects. + Experience in the construction industry or related sectors within the UAE or the Middle East.
