Key Responsibilities 

Strategic AI Communications Develop comprehensive communication strategies that demystify AI and build enthusiasm for learning and transformation initiatives Demonstrated experience with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms) Create compelling content across multiple digital channels: newsletters, videos, internal podcast, and executive updates. Craft messaging frameworks that translate complex AI concepts into inspiring, accessible language for all employees and leaders Design communication campaigns that highlight AI wins, productivity metrics, and innovation breakthroughs\

Event Design & Execution

Plan and execute high-impact AI events including summits, hackathons, innovation showcases, and lunch-and-learns Host engaging virtual and in-person experiences that bring AI concepts to life through demonstrations and hands-on activities Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for events, managing speakers, logistics, and attendee experience Create gamified experiences that make AI learning interactive and memorable

Storytelling & Content Creation

Produce video testimonials, case studies, and success stories that showcase real employee AI transformations Develop presentation materials and visual content that make AI accessible and exciting Create communication toolkits for leaders to cascade AI messaging throughout their teams Build internal AI champions network and amplify their voices across the organization

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Community Building

Partner with leadership to align AI communications with business goals Measure communication effectiveness and event impact through engagement metrics and feedback analysis

Job Overview

With minimal guidance from a lead or a leader, employees in this role are responsible for providing excellent communication support to assigned business unit as measured by completion of required planning and execution, and client feedback. Employees in this role are responsible for using business and customer insights to support the development and implementation of communication strategies and tactics to improve customer and stakeholder perception as measured by campaign results, which may include media coverage, and brand and message awareness results. Employees in this role will be expected to provide excellent media relations support as measured by media results. This role requires a high performing individual with strong planning capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Supports development and execution of strategic communications plans, key messages, programs and campaigns to support business objectives using research/analytics. Creates visual and written content for internal and external channels (newsletters, digital and social media, video, etc.) Supports internal business partners on communications strategy and provides executive and communications support. Serves as liaison for assigned business units and serves as project manager for campaigns and cross-functional initiatives  Drafts media statements/press releases, answers media inquiries, serves as media spokesperson, including afterhours media duty. Proactively builds relationships with the media and seeks out opportunities to tell our company story Supports planning and cross-functional execution of events Measures results and evaluates the effectiveness of communications and tactics to drive improvements Supports emergency events, as assigned Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience Experience: 4+ years Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree
