+ Identify new opportunities and drive contract renewals
+ Influence executive stakeholders and negotiate high-value agreements
**What You Bring:**
+ 3–5 years in strategic/enterprise account management in healthcare
+ Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling skills
+ Proven success managing complex accounts and executive relationships
+ Fluent in Norwegian and English
+ Willing to travel frequently across Norway
