Our client, a higher education institute in the Boston area, is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join their team for 5+months. This hybrid role has hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM and is compensating $20 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact via phone for parents, students, and other university constituentsAnswer and direct calls for the University Main Line and other supported departments (Student Financial Services, Admissions, etc.)Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environmentNavigate and use databases, Microsoft Office applications, and other tools to assist callersDirect inquiries to the appropriate university offices based on caller needs

Qualifications:
