Job Title: Enrollment Processor
Job Description

As an Enrollment Processor, you will manage small to medium employer groups and individual accounts, focusing on member eligibility, enrollment, system configuration, premium billing, and payment reconciliation. You will also provide customer service in these areas, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. By researching, investigating, and resolving member and employer issues, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other departments to address concerns, develop procedures, and stay informed about regulatory changes.

ResponsibilitiesManage member eligibility, enrollment, system configuration, premium billing, and payment reconciliation for small to medium employer groups and individual accounts.Provide exceptional customer service regarding member eligibility, premium billing, payments reconciliation, and adherence to state and federal regulations.Research, investigate, and resolve member and employer issues, taking initiative to propose solutions.Collaborate with other departments and teams to address concerns or complaints.Assist in developing and refining procedures.Develop industry knowledge and stay informed about regulatory changes.Receive applications for enrollment or changes, verify information, and process enrollments and disenrollments, including plan and address changes.Make some outbound calls to confirm changes.Work with the CSR team to resolve issues.Handle various types of reporting.Enter and manage member communications.Post premium billing.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment or health insurance setting.Experience in medical billing, claims resolution, health insurance, Medicare, and insurance verification.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual Spanish is a must-have.Data entry skills.General knowledge of health insurance and Medicare.Some customer service experience.Understanding of Microsoft Suite and Google Docs.Medicare experience is a nice-to-have.Work Environment

This is a remote position, with a preference for local candidates. Flexible working hours are available, but you must be available from 10am-3pm, with occasional requirements to work until 5pm. The company provides all necessary equipment for remote work. This is not a call center role; it involves significant data entry, requiring strong attention to detail due to the highly regulated nature of Medicare. The work environment encourages confidence, inquisitiveness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
