PurposeCompletes key functions within each phase of the OnRamps enrollment cycle, providing exceptional customer support to students, instructors, internal staff, and other stakeholders and contributing to continued program improvement.
ResponsibilitiesCompletes key functions during each phase of the OnRamps enrollment cycle. Implements established processes and protocols with fidelity to ensure accuracy of student records and associated documentation. Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external teams. Contributes to the maintenance and improvement of OnRamps enrollment processes.
Fulfills enrollment documentation requests from current and former OnRamps students with accuracy and according to established standards and timelines. Effectively builds relationships and collaborates with other UT Austin departments to ensure accuracy of student enrollment records and fulfills records requests. Complies with relevant program, state, and federal regulations related to protection of student records.
Provides exceptional customer service and problem-solving to OnRamps students, instructors, and staff members with professionalism, positivity, tact, and decorum. Resolves a variety of questions about OnRamps enrollment and credit using standardized service and support strategies.
Contributes to special projects and initiatives that advance the mission of OnRamps.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree.
Three years of experience with program coordination or program administration in an educational environment.
Experience with student record management or educational administration.
Experience with a student information system or customer relationship management platform.
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as a member of a team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
Experience providing customer support.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Highly detail oriented
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of statewide and national educational landscape, particularly high school to college transition.
Proficiency with Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), Smartsheet or other project management platform.
Experience designing and integrating continuous improvement processes.
Salary$60,000 + depending on qualifications
