Veterans Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit, is the largest provider of supportive services to veterans and their families across New England. We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, goal oriented, skilled, and hardworking individual to fill the Enrollment and Disenrollment position and become a valued member of the Veterans Inc. team!
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
+ Responsible for the enrollment and disenrollment of program clients
+ Schedule admissions/discharges
+ Build a pipeline for patient referrals
+ Ensuring proper DPH documentation and BSAS forms are completed
+ Assist the Billings Specialist as needed
+ Attends and participates in meetings as required. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Clinical office setting required.
+ Minimum of one (1) year experience in Services to the Homeless, Vocational Rehabilitation, Recruitment, Counseling, Outreach and/or Services to the Homeless or related field, is required.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Substance Abuse Treatment programs
+ Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.
+ Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
