Logistics Order Coordinator  
Join our team and make a difference in the logistics industry!  We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics order coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for our clients, ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivery solutions.  
Key Responsibilities:  Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.  Investigate and resolve issues with shipments, providing effective solutions.  Collaborate with warehouses and stakeholders to support daily operations.  Handle exceptions and resolve stock and system issues.  Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.  Generate and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders.  Address escalated issues with root cause analysis and action plans.  Create and manage customer orders and labels in the DHL system.  Communicate with customer teams regarding stock availability and updates.    Requirements:  Fluency in English 1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer service/ international logistics.  Proficient in MS Office programs (strong focus on Outlook and MS Excel) Strong teamwork and customer focus.  Excellent communication skills.    What do we offer?  Cafeteria HUF 500.000/year  Yearly bonus scheme  Medicover insurance  Opportunity to be part of a great team and the world's leading logistics company  Stability, career growth and a whole range of certified trainingsDog friendly office  Friendly team and pleasant working environment  Extra benefits (discounted fee for the Gilda Max network, All You Can Move, Praktiker, Alza and GreenGo discounts, fruit days)  The opportunity to learn something new, but also to ignite new ideas.  Workplace: Budapest, on site, hybrid
