ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (TRAINEE)

SUMMARY:

Seeking an Engineering Technician (Trainee) to support its engineering and characterization operations. This hands-on trainee role is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field who are eager to grow into a technician or junior engineering position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support lab standardization, equipment qualification, and documentation Monitor tool performance and schedule preventive maintenance Operate systems such as System 28/G4 and maintain related logs Make and manage chemical solutions used for etching or polaron Track chemical inventory and assist with ordering Collaborate with engineers on process improvements and lab protocol changes Communicate professionally with outside vendors and internal stakeholders Record gas consumption and generate operational documents (SOPs, updates) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical Engineering, Materials Science) No prior experience needed, but mechanical aptitude is essential Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred
