KBR sets the standard with a wide range of services including Government Engineering, Logistics, Business, and International focuses, while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellence in contract deliverables.
The Prototype, Integration, and Design (PID) facility manufactures and integrates electronic components into both ground and aviation systems in support of DoD and Commercial applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Directly lead a team of electrical technicians during wire harness fabrication and electronic assembly.Interpret electrical drawings and establish workflow and processes.Perform in-process inspections of departmental work.Perform soldering and inspection of wiring harnesses.Perform minor mechanical assembly.Perform test functions using microscopes, multimeters, and various test equipment.Conduct and/or assign highly complex R&D electrical wiring functions for prototype development as requiredCommunicate/Interact daily with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance personnelClearly articulate staff and electrical shop needs to the Manufacturing Shop SupervisorBasic Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)5 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role related to Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related fieldPossess or ability to obtain certification to IPC-A-610Possess or ability to obtain certification to IPC J-STD-001Possess or ability to obtain certification to IPC/WHMA-A-620Preferred Qualifications:
10 years of Aviation Airframe or electronics experienceDegree or Certification in a related fieldMust be able to read and interpret electrical drawingsKBR Benefits
