Summary You will serve as a Engineering Technician in the Engineering Department, Code 242 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Salary Range by Grade Level: GS-11: $77,192 - $100,344, GS-12: $92,520 - $120,282 Responsibilities You will serve as an Integrated Test Engineer (ITE). You will provide oversight of the development, coordination and management per NAVSEA Standard Item 009-60 and 009-67. You will review Availability Work Packages (AWP) to identify testing key events and milestones that may be required in addition to production key events and milestones. You will coordinate with Project Managers to ensure the Integrated Test Plan (ITP) accurately reflects the Availability WORK Packages (AWP) and production schedule. You will provide testing schedule, document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and coordinate testing efforts across internal and external teams. You will receive Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for complete test procedures from all maintenance activities and evaluate results for completeness and accuracy. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-12 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical engineering services to interpret, plan, or coordinate shipboard integrated systems testing requirements and schedules for testing operations during ship overhaul or repair projects. For the GS-11 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying technical engineering principles and practices to coordinate resources and technical support services required for testing operations during ship overhaul or repair projects.
