Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.

Responsibilities:Ensure all machinery and equipment are running smoothly.Read and interpret new equipment/product diagrams.Troubleshoot machinery in plant operations.Monitor production and document processes in compliance with GMP standards.Essential Skills:Mechanical aptitudeTroubleshootingKnowledge of electronicsExperience in chemical production or pharmaceutical manufacturingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2-3 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturingExposure to APIs is a plusWork Environment:

The work environment involves working with teams of four supervisors and a team of technicians. The role requires working four 12-hour shifts in a 2, 3, 2 pattern, with alternating day and night shifts every five weeks. Training will initially occur on the day shift for the first few months. The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr.

You will also be eligible for our group medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits, including coverage for your family, entirely paid for by Phlow.
