Job Description
Ensure adherence to permitting requirements, safety standards, and right-of-way constraints. Track project progress and maintain accurate records and data for compliance and reporting. Potential to occasionally conduct field assessments and pole surveys to evaluate existing conditions and pole loading capacity. Utilize design software and GIS tools to create detailed construction drawings and layout plans. Prepare make-ready engineering (MRE) documentation, bills of material (BOM), and work packages for construction crews. Candidate will be required to participate in emergency storm response throughout the year when needed.

The position involves 100% field responsibilities, requiring the candidate to enjoy being outdoors and handle various outdoor elements such as rain, heat, and cold. When not working outdoors, the candidate needs to be comfortable working remotely from home. Occasional overnight travel throughout the state of VA is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
