Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic repairs Program PLC’s, VFD’s, and Micro-controllersInvestigate and propose repair alternativesMaintain library of equipment specifications and facility drawingsProvide technical expertise to Maintenance techniciansEnsure compliance with EHS safety standards with special focus on equipment safetyInteract with Technicians and Engineers to resolve equipment deficienciesLeverage from existing similar equipment and past historiesDevelop, Plan, and Perform initial equipment inspections Responsible for advanced rigging and proof testing of lift equipment Electrical and Mechanical TroubleshootingPerform PM and CM of all hoist and crane equipment  Prepare appropriation requests for machine tools and other equipment upgradesReduce downtime by improving reliability and maintainability of equipmentReduce cost by improving / shortening overhaul proceduresDrive implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiativesProvide training for the Maximo PM database, supporting software, and proceduresMonitor PM backlogs to ensure timely completionMonitor and enhance Maximo procedures to ensure comprehensive PM coverageStandardize maintenance programs, procedures, and processes across PDD maintenance groupsExploration and development of “New Technological Maintenance Applications”Required Skills
Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution

Shift Hours.

Tuesday through Friday - 4 x10 1st shift Tuesday through Friday - 4 x10 2nd shift Saturday through Monday - 3 x12 1st shift
