Job Description

Join an innovative team as a Technician, where your expertise will contribute to the manufacturing of semiconductor packages and assemblies. This role involves utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality production, alongside opportunities for professional development in a diversifying technology environment.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate machines, including wire bonding and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.Use microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges for precise measurements.Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.Perform basic arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric calculations.Communicate effectively with team members at all levels.Collect data and transform it into meaningful information.Troubleshoot and perform minor programming to specifications.Lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and twisting.Essential Skills2+ years of technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Proficiency in setting up and operating wire bonding equipment, specifically K&S, ICONN, and Hesse machines.Familiarity with word-processing and spreadsheet programs.Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience with manual or automated assembly lines.Will receive one month of training provided by engineering.Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on semiconductor technology. The position is on the 1st shift, with the requirement to stand or sit for extended periods. The role offers 10 paid holidays and 5 days of accrued PTO. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.37 - $26.71/hr.
