The Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking an Engineering Team Lead for our tillage platform.  This position is located in Regina, Saskatchewan and will be responsible for management, design, project planning, and estimating; serves as the business and technical head of engineering platform.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Create and manage engineering teams for successfully delivering projects to internal customers Develop, mentor, and retain high quality design staff Identify and mitigate technical and business risk related to the engineering design of products Develop design concepts and directions for project teams that will create long-term profitability of the platform Work with customer support and provide technical support for field issues as necessary Identifies areas for improving cost, quality, feature offerings, etc. to business development leads Field research as required.  Business travel will be an occasional requirement. Other duties as assigned
