Job Title: Engineering Support TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented CMMS Administrator to support a critical cGMP document transfer project. This role involves reviewing SAP-based maintenance documents and converting them into the new FIX system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and experience with Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Responsibilities
+ Review and interpret maintenance documentation from SAP.
+ Transfer and format data into the FIX CMMS platform.
+ Ensure compliance with cGMP standards throughout the documentation process.
+ Collaborate with the full-time CMMS Administrator during the initial training period (1–2 weeks).
+ Report directly to the Director of the Technical Services team.
+ Manage and prioritize a backlog of documentation tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Prior experience with CMMS platforms (SAP, FIX preferred).
+ Familiarity with cGMP standards in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently after initial training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in data entry.
+ Strong communication skills.
Work Environment
This position requires in-person work on-site in Shawnee. The work environment is professional, and collaboration with team members is essential during the initial training period.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
