We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Engineering Operations Specialist to support the strategic and day-to-day operational needs of our engineering organization. In this role, you will help streamline processes, manage critical tools and systems, and ensure alignment across engineering, finance, and lab teams—ultimately enabling our technical teams to focus on innovation and execution.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
•Lead Operational Excellence Initiatives: Identify and implement improvements to workflows, tools, and systems that support engineering or technical teams.
•Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between engineering, finance, lab operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic and tactical initiatives.
•Oversee Compliance & Reporting: Monitor key operational processes such as time tracking, resource usage, or data quality to ensure compliance and provide actionable insights.
•Support Budgeting & Forecasting Processes: Collaborate with finance and technical leads to track spend, support forecast accuracy, and facilitate budget reviews.
•Manage Tools & System Transitions: Lead or support change management efforts such as migrations, system implementations, or data cleanup initiatives.
•Coordinate Equipment or Resource Planning: Forecast and manage procurement or allocation of tools, equipment, or resources in alignment with team needs.
•Support Lab or Facilities Operations: Assist with logistics, access control, vendor coordination, or other operational needs related to technical spaces.
Who You Are:
You are a highly motivated, resourceful individual who thrives in dynamic and evolving environments. You take decisive action in fast-changing or unpredictable situations and bring a proactive mindset to everything you do. You’re energized by ambiguity and uncertainty and can drive progress even when outcomes are not fully defined. Your calm demeanor, risk-savvy decision-making, and ability to adapt quickly make you a trusted partner across teams. You spot opportunities where others see roadblocks and aren’t afraid to lead through complexity to create clarity and results.
For This Role, You Will Need:

•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and systems in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Experience working in hybrid or globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
•Background in lab operations or configuration management.
•Familiarity with internal engineering lifecycle tools (e.g., NI Grow, STS).
•Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting practices.
•Experience managing change initiatives, system migrations, or data cleanup projects.
