Systems / Operations

Responsible for duty schedule of shift staff, Job allocation to achieve high employee productivity in the department.

\n\n\n

\n

Ensure that Guests and inter department requests or complaints are attended to, promptly & efficiently.

\n\n\n

\n

Monitor HLP consumption on a daily basis & control the wasteful energy during the respective shifts.

\n\n\n

\n

Ensure that employees in the department perform as per organizational standards.

\n\n\n

\n\nResponsible for maintenance of all equipments / systems as per required standards\n\n

\n\n Effective implementation of PM schedules & records to be maintained.\nEffective use of existing resources and curtail wasteful R&M expenses on a regular basis\nOptimize savings on energy expenses by implementing energy conservation programs.\nEnsure that area of operation meets high class service standards to the Guests and other department.\nEnsure proper and immediate response in case of fire / smoke or any interruption of services in your shift.\nEstablish and ensures adherence to key systems and procedures in engineering area.\nRecommend changes in system and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service.\nEnsure timely receiving of material & spares by regular follow up with purchase department.Staff / Training \nEncourage development of multifunctionality among the subordinates.\nUse appraisal system to review the performance of direct subordinates and determines their development needs.\nEnsure department employees are fully trained through constant trainings.\nEnsure attendance on behavioral and vocational trainings in own & related areas to enhance skills & encourage multifunctionality.\nPersonally conduct key trainings of your respective trades.\nEnsure department employees are fully trained on all the systems & procedures to ensure safety requirements.\n\n

Counsel subordinates in personal & work related matters.

\n\n\n

\n

Attend behavioral and vocational training in own & related work areas to enhance skills and develop multifunctionality.

\n\n
