Job Requirements

Primary skills – 

Should have experience of working on design engineering operations involving Conceptual design, Basic & detailed design of the complete Governing system including layout and governing oil piping.Deliver all documents as per MDL (Mater Document List) of each project. (Calculation Note for Sizing and Calculation of HPU, Pressure Tanks, HP air system for Governor/MIV and dewatering system, Design Memorandum, P&ID, Functional Description, General Arrangement of equipment, electrical schematics, spare, O&M etc.)Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and TPS (Technical procurement Specifications) for Hydraulic Power Unit, Electronic Speed Governor, Piston accumulator and Air/Oil pressure tanks, valves and instruments, HP Compressors, Air Receivers, Oleo-hydraulic equipment, Electrical boxes/ Local Control Panels etc.Strong Contract analysis & R&O (Risk and Opportunities) management.

Turbine and Governing System of Hydro power plants.

Work Experience

Qualifications

He or She should have Engineer graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Stream or Diploma with relevant experience.Should be well versed with relevant IEC/IEEE, ASME/ISO/DIN standard of hydro governing system.Expertise in software’s AutoCAD and MS Office. Experience working with 3D software is preferred.Good communication skill in English language (speaking and writing)
