Engineering Responsible for HVAC & Clean room facilities in 25L

   

Join us at 25L PS API Expansion is one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects. We are building a new API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products.

 

Your new position

To meet the future need of our expanding product pipeline we are looking for an Engineering Responsible. Your main responsibilities in the beginning will be to gain deep knowledge about the different systems/facilities in scope such as HVAC, clean rooms and FMS

(Facility Monitoring System) which monitors all the critical parameters, (temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure), in the areas.

 

You will support the Work Package Owner (WPO) during implementation, testing and validation of the different systems/facilities in scope and when fully implemented, you will be responsible for the daily operation of these systems, ensuring state-of-the-art facilities that supports the production non-stop.

 

Your responsibilities as part of a team will include following:

Plan & manage system commissioning and SAT within HVAC, BMS, FMS and cleanroom systems Plan & manage validation strategy and execution. Conduct maintenance strategy, plans and component master data. Overview of contractor installation & progress. Contact and coordination with Construction management team.

 

This project will give you the scope to be involved in a new, high-profile green field project where you will have the opportunity to be involved in shaping a new large production facility.

By becoming a part of the 25L project, you will be joining the PS API Expansions team. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 30,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.  

 

PS API Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.

Your skills and qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

A relevant academic degree (candidates with relevant technical background and extensive experience are welcome too). Technical and operational knowledge of similar facilities Technical and operational knowledge about HVAC, BMS, FMS and room conditions Technical knowledge of procedures, instructions and working knowledge of FDA and EU regulations is preferred. +3 years of experience from a similar job or project with GMP responsibility within room conditions (HVAC, BMS, FMS). Full professional proficiency in English.
