This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth procurement processes, managing import/export logistics, and maintaining accounting accuracy for supply chain transactions. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchasing Administration

Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies.Support sourcing activities and vendor onboarding in collaboration with global procurement teams.

Import/Export Operations

Manage documentation and compliance for international shipments.Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth logistics.Track shipments and proactively address delays or issues.

Accounting & Financial Control

Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accurate financial reporting.Support month-end closing activities related to supply chain transactions.Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines.Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and logistics processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.2+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and communication skills.Fluent in Hebrew and English.
