Engineering Project Manager (100% Remote)

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedEngineering Project Managerto lead energy utility projects from concept to completion. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact initiatives while collaborating with top engineering and design teams across the country.

About the Role

As an Engineering Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of utility projects—ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and within scope. You’ll be the central point of coordination between internal teams, clients, and contractors, driving excellence in execution and communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with engineering and design leadership to plan, execute, and review client-funded projects.Develop and maintain project management plans including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.Lead process improvements and reporting enhancements within the Operations team.Mentor and guide project coordinators, providing feedback and performance insights to leadership.Ensure compliance with internal standards and contribute to onboarding, funding, and financial analysis processes.Coordinate design and field activities, including third-party contractor involvement.Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize efficiency.Prepare financial and resource forecasts at both project and program levels.Review contracts to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.Conduct project closeouts and lessons-learned reviews to support continuous improvement.Travel occasionally to delivery centers and customer sites as needed.Take on additional related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.What We Offer100% remote work flexibilityOpportunity to lead meaningful infrastructure projectsCollaborative and growth-oriented team environmentExposure to cutting-edge energy solutions and technologies
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $62.50/hr.
