Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our regional team at the Gebze manufacturing plant.

Required Qualifications:

University degree in Engineering or related fieldsMinimum 8 years of working experience in chemical or petrochemical facilities or related fieldsExperience of delivery of Capital Projects through the utilization of internal and external resourcesPeople management experience would be desirableGood written/verbal communications and presentation skillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Good knowledge of EnglishExcellent problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible with Project Operations Manager to achieve Project Requirements regarding safety, quality, risk management, schedule and costsCo-ordinate, monitor and control all project management activitiesLead the Engineering and Construction TeamsEnsure compliance with Regulatory and Solenis technical requirementsPrepare Project Execution strategy, project organisation, staffing plan and time scheduleDevelop and implement continuous improvement measures and new ways of working on Investment Projects in co-ordination with other Project Managers to deliver project objectives in terms of EHS, quality, cost, reliability and schedules. Use the Quality Management process for Investment projects to ensure non-conformances and lessons learnt are recorded, acted upon and sharedIdentify learning and development needs, and work towards an agreed learning and development plan.  This includes attending training courses and completion of self-learning packages.
