Job Description Hourly Pay Rate: $40-$55 This person will be part of their implementation team as an Engineering Project Manager to drive delivery of utility scale SCADA systems. They will coordinate with their design teams, software engineers, contractors, regulators, and clients to manage a portfolio of 5-10 large scale 50MW and above solar and battery storage projects. They will report to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager and work alongside a small team of project delivery professionals, as well as collaborate across the organization with our technology, engineering, and business development teams.  Developing and managing all aspects of a project including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery team  Engage with the internal and external stakeholders in the development of a project plan  Manage communication among internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks/issues, and solutions  Actively manage multiple concurrent projects and resources on separate, overlapping project schedules  Create change orders for additional or out-of-scope work  Track and report on project portfolio performance  Support business development activities such as reviewing pricing estimates and project scope We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing)  0-5 years of increasing project management responsibility in Project Management in Electrical Utility, Renewable Energy, or Technology Industry  Practical experience in applying project management practices and procedures  Knowledge of renewable energy generation, electrical engineering, and SCADA technologies  Strong computer skills in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint  Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record CAPM or PMP certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
