Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Engineering Project Manager and be part of our ambitious journey to drive world-class engineering projects to new heights. **Key Responsibilities:** + Plan and manage engineering projects with a focus on site capacity expansion. + Coordinate and monitor start-up and ramp-up activities of new departments. + Forecast timelines and establish deadlines for various development phases. + Develop and maintain time schedules, define budgets, and coordinate technical aspects. + Lead and coordinate a team to ensure flawless execution and successful implementation of projects. **Requirements:** + Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or similar) and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or CDMO sector. + Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices. + Outstanding ability to forecast project timelines and manage budgets. + Demonstrated skills in coordinating, mediating and motivating diverse teams. + Ability to compete in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Strong problem-solving skills and a determination to achieve ambitious goals. + Proficiency in English.
