Engineering Project Analyst
If you are a Project Management professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our Shakopee, MN location, as an Engineering Project Analyst you will be a member of the Pervasive Sensing Operations team.  You will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate activities across our global footprint to implement wireless products that industrial customer use around the world.    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Effectively coordinate team activities and provide leadership to the project team. Be responsible for implementing new products and legacy product enhancements across global operations sites Provide leadership in identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions, for improvements in Operational Metrics, Cost Reductions, and Quality Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and work with the team to create mitigation strategies Participate in process improvement teams Who You Are:   You communicate effectively to your global project team and stakeholders.  You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography.  You help the team develop plans and ensure that the work gets done.  You chart a path and move forward in complex and ambiguous situations. 
  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline Zero (0) years of related experience Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: PMI certification Experience working with international teams Demonstrated use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PP, Excel) Excellent facilitation and persuasion skills

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $70,000-$74,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
