The General Security PMO is responsible for leading all aspects of security-related projects and programs within the organization. This role ensures that security initiatives align with business objectives are delivered on time and meet compliance and risk management standards.

Your ImpactProgram and Project Management: Plan, schedule, and lead security projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between security teams, business units, and external partners to facilitate communication and teamwork.Performance Metrics: Establish and supervise performance metrics for security projects to measure efficiency and progress.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to security projects and initiatives.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and final deliverables.Compliance and Governance: Ensure security projects align with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Resource Management: Coordinate resources and lead budgets for security programs.Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and adoption of best practices in security project management.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s+ 5 years of technical field experience, experience in hardware and/or software engineering or equivalent experience.3+ years’ experience in project/program management in security, IT environments or similar field.Experience using program management and reporting tools such as Jira/Confluence, Tableau, Trello, and Microsoft products.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards a plus.Prior experience in cybersecurity is preferred.#WeAreCisco
