What Will You Do You will play a highly visible, critical role managing new design engineering projects. You will coordinate between different groups within and outside of Cisco (including software & hardware engineering, marketing, manufacturing, customer support, testing, reliability, documentation, supply chain, operations, and finance). You will define and drive development of new product programs while managing change on existing programs. As an engineering program manager, you would be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy on your programs. You will work closely with Engineering on product development schedules, dependencies, risks, and budgets. You identify risks, develop mitigation plans and drive conflict resolutions to ensure seamless project execution to timely product delivery. Who You’ll Work For You will report into the CHG PMO team.
