BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Intern at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal. Key Responsibilities: + Scrap Data Collection: Support in gathering and organizing data related to scrapped parts from production lines. + Scrap Parts Analysis: Assist in analyzing defective or scrapped components to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. + Data Organization & Visualization: Structure and present data using tools such as Pareto charts, trend analysis, and time-based graphs to support decision-making. + Workshops & Meetings: Help organize and participate in workshops and cross-functional meetings aimed at defining and implementing action plans. + Supplier Follow-up: Collaborate with suppliers to track and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Profile: + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Currently in Mechanical, Eletrical or similar Engineering + Strong analytical and organizational skills. + Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). + Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. + Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
