This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design integrity and performance of advanced aircraft propeller systems—supporting both production and certification programs. What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be at the center of engineering and production, ensuring parts are manufactured to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues with propeller products.

Designing, analyzing, and authoring repair solutions for production and experimental propellers.

Providing hands-on technical support to internal manufacturing operations and suppliers.

Performing failure analysis to support production and drive improvements.

Creating and optimizing CNC programs and cutting paths (2–5 axis mills, lathes, routers) using CATIA V5/V6.

Collaborating with engineering on manufacturability, tooling, and process methodology.

Developing and maintaining process plans, work instructions, and time standards.

Supporting new design integration and certification programs with precision and innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
OR 5+ years of CNC machine programming experience.

Expertise in NC Programming, Engineering Design, Loft, and Tool Design.

Proficiency with CATIA V5 or higher.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in MS Office.

Pay Details: $59.09 to $87.12 per hour
