Role:  To perform end to end operations related activities, transactions, documentations and records

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Engineering operations related activities

Position:  – Engineering operations Support (Administrator VI) – I Band

Leadership Competencies:

Able to Administrate complete Engineering function related documentations and actives with internal and external customers/ Vendors. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross- functional teams. 

Functional Competencies

ERP Functional support:

Knowledge of Infor M3 ERP / SAP S/4 HANA modules.Good understanding of business processes about Manufacturing as part of domain knowledge.

Engineering Manufacturing Order Management:

Create engineering manufacturing orders for R&D projects and other projects.Follow up on the materials required for these projects.

Purchase Request Management:

Create purchase requests and follow up on materials, invoices, and closure.

Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Pass (RGP and NRGP) Management:

Create RGP and NRGP forms, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure proper closure.

Work Order Management:

Support the creation and closure of work orders.

Provision and Critical Payment List Follow-up:

Arrange the critical payment list with the NPRI team and provide provision details to the Finance team.

Material Dispatch Request and Air Freight Approval Management:

Create Material Dispatch Request (MDR) and Air Freight Approval (AFA) forms, obtain approvals, and coordinate with the Packing team until the consignment reaches the consignee.

Imports Material Management:

Coordinate with the Imports team to collect consignments that are free of cost (FOC) and purchase order (PO) deliveries.

Scrap Note Management:

Create scrap notes and follow up on approvals until closure.

Invoice Tracker Maintenance:

Maintain an invoice tracker and follow up on payment advice.

R&D Database and Engineering Server Management:

Maintain the R&D database, including drawing updates and file tracking.

Audit Preparation:

Support & Prepare documents for EM/ISO, IRIS, HIRA, and AIA/Internal Audits along with Incharge.

Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management:

Create CAPEX documents, follow up on CAR approvals, and ensure closure of invoices.

Quotation Follow-up:

Obtain specifications from engineers and follow up on quotes from suppliers.

Laboratory (Product Investigation Centre) Maintenance:

Maintain the laboratory, including equipment, supplies, and testing activities.
