The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Office and Operations Coordinator to provide essential support and clerical expertise to the Engineering Department. In this role, you will respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, courteously, and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, all while adhering to Four Seasons’ policies. The ideal candidate is a talented organizer who takes ownership of their responsibilities and can quickly build connections with others. Confidence, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality experience are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.Communicate with engineers on duty and maintain a log of all guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in both rooms and public areas in a timely manner.Assist with tracking projects, reviewing timelines, and following up with contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.Manage the calendars for the Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering, scheduling appointments with contractors and vendors.Support the Director and Assistant Director with the purchase order system to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.Foster a harmonious and professional working relationship with co-workers and supervisors.Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.

Non-Essential Functions:

Track par stocks and distribution of items from inventory.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

At least 1 year experience within the same or similar position; previous engineering or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsComputer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word & ExcelProficiency in a second language preferred
