What To Expect:
As an Intern in the Manufacturing Operations Management team, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn about different aspects of manufacturing operations management. You will be involved in projects that aim to improve our manufacturing processes and systems.
During your 12-month placement you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Engineering with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business Engineering projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the execution of manufacturing strategies in the team/organization.Participating in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidanceCollaborating and networking effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learningAccomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision, training, and development by higher band employees.This role is available in our London Plant in West Thurrock, Essex (commutable from London with regular trains from Fenchurch Street) from November 2025.

What We Look For:
University students who have already graduated or those studying who are eligible to complete a 12-month placement from November 2025.Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.Strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.Strong verbal and written English language skills.Start date:
The 12-month industrial placement is available from November for 12 months. We expect you to be available for the full duration.
Right to work
For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid for the full duration of the placement for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
