We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Engineering Manager (projects) based in Centrals Honduras, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division).

As Engineering Manager (projects) coordinate the functions related to the launch of a program in the plant so that there is flawless execution in terms of quality, delivery, and cost in the engineering changes of the assigned programs.

Your Task will be

Align projects with the integrated structure. Coordinate internal resources and schedules. Manage risks arising from the integration. Greater control over resources and quality. Cost reduction and improved coordination. Enhanced traceability and efficiency. One of the main objectives is the delegate activities and responsibility to all the team according with the role in the organization. Develop the communication skills for the report and continuous communication with the upper management and directors.

Be successful in this role you will need:

Education: bachelor’s degree on engineering Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or any other related. 3 years as a vertical project manager experience (as member of the automotive industry). Implementation of vertical projects: design, release, manufacturing, and industrialization. Coaxial cable production, fixture workshop, circuit protector manufacturing, machinery inspection, staff training. CAPEX management & Budget considerations New programs Launch Cost follow – up activities. Attention to detail with accuracy, Leadership, teamwork, customer focused, strong organization, communication. Proven leadership experience both as the manager of a department and as a member of the site management team. Outstanding communication Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficient English.
