Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, financial systems, or other large-scale backend services. 3. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality solutions while managing cross-functional dependencies. \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- 1. Experience driving architecture and long-term technical strategy for mission-critical systems. 2. Track record of building developer tooling, self-serve platforms, or scalable automation frameworks. 3. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle executive-level escalations under pressure. 4.
