Your job

As an Engineering Manager IT for (Open)RPG you are the point of contact for your team members in the Core Clearing Services block, taking care of their HR management and personal development (30%). At the same time, you spend most of your time enabling and contributing in (70%) programming in (Open)RPG to further develop our core clearing system. As this is at the heart of our firm, it is one of the most important systems. The block is in the midst of a modernization transformation to become fit for the future!

Job Profile

We are looking for a manager that has the following profile:

Experience in coaching development teams in a professional context (of at least 4 people)Experience in using (REST) API's; Icebreak is a big preExperience in programming Synon is a big advantageExperience with NodeJS/Angular is nice to haveFluency in English (Dutch is not a requirement).

Nice to have experience in:

5+ years of experience in IBM RPG (Full Free)REST API design Containerization (Kubernetes or experience with a similar technology)CICD (git, automated pipelines)

And interest in:
